The Flamingos - Al Wathba Wetlands Abu Dhabi

The Flamingos at the Al Wathaba Wetlands Reserve are an on going success story for the Abu Dhabi Environment agency as the they have successfully been breeding for some time.
The wetlands are home to many birds and wildlife. The wetlands are not usually open to visitors but some invitations are on occasion extended.
There are plans for the wetlands to be open to the public with visitor centre and hides to be implemented in the future as the wetlands and the fauna become well established.
